New chapter // update!

Hello everybody!

I´ve tried yoga last week and I have totally fallen in love with it. I do morning yoga, evening yoga, I also meditate every night before sleep to clean my mind. This have totally changed the way I think. I started to eat less sweets and junk food, drink more tea & also started hiking and staying outside more.

It has all started with my insomnia, I tried many things to fall asleep. And this way I came to yoga, and basically to this new life, new chapter. I feel really better now.

Also!!

Because it´s summer now and I love trying new things & traveling and mostly writing about it, I will be blogging almost every day. It will be like a diary, starting from tomorrow. I will try to do it frequently for next three weeks, but since 24th June it will be every day. Because I´m planning super amazing things, you know 🙂
